Return Refund PolicyAt BestJewelryVariety.com we have a 30 day return policy. We will give a refund for any jewelry that does not meet with your approval. This excludes monogrammed or specialty orders unless the mistake is ours. Please contact us at Beststores@charter.net to get a return authorization code. We will then give you further instructions. All jewelry that is returned needs to be shipped back to us with USPS at your cost and with insurance. All packaging needs to be returned and all tags must be in place.
